Terms and Conditions of Vendetta & Sponsors
Signing in at the door is required before you can be allowed in the event and set up your equipment. No refunds will be given.

Equipment that is not allowed at the event include (but not limited to): Monitors over 21", more then one monitor per computer and more then one computer per person, speakers of any kind, non-pc equipment like fans, heaters, refrigerators, etc. Staff will make judgments on all equipment coming through the door, and have the power to reject any equipment for entry that is not appropriate for the event, or can't be used onsite.

Vendetta does not permit or condone any type of illegal activity. This activity includes but is not limited to, the unlicensed copying of software/music or distribution of pornographic material. NO PORNOGRAPIC MATERIAL of any kind will be tolerated. Please understand that what you might find acceptable may be offensive to others. Each computer is the responsibility of the member who brought it to the event. Our network is for gaming and the transfer of any files over the network during peak game time will not be allowed. Consumption of illegal drugs is expressly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the building proper, parking lots, bathrooms, roof-tops, etc.

Walkways must be kept clear in case of an emergency.

Fighting will not be tolerated and it will get BOTH parties ejected. If you have a problem with someone, notify the staff immediately and we will deal with it, do not take matters into your own hands.

Stealing is also grounds for ejection. If you are caught stealing we will have you arrested. We will also provide any and all information we have to the authorities to expedite prosecution. We're all here to have a good time with our OWN equipment.

Vendetta and the owner of the location of the event (venue) are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of property at the event, nor any injury or bodily harm as a result attending the event.

By attending our event you agree to allow us to use any video, pictures or audio captures of you and your handle/nickname for the purpose of publicity to benefit the event by gaining members and sponsorship. If for any reason you would not like us to use any of the above, please notify us in writing with your signature on the bottom. We're not out to steal your identity, we only want to promote the event.
No unauthorized use of any other player's hardware will be tolerated. Please do not try to play any pranks on your mate. If you are seen at someone else's station without his permission we will assume that your actions are malicious.

Please remember that the objective of the event is for everyone to have as much fun as possible. All players need to bear in mind that due to this being an open age group event excessive swearing or bad language cannot be tolerated. Any bad language will result in a warning but a repeat offender will be ejected.

Lastly, anyone ejected for breaking these and/or other rules set forth, will not receive a refund.
